E & A Nails and Spa Policies
At E & A Nails and Spa, we are dedicated to providing exceptional nail care services in a safe and respectful environment. To ensure a positive experience for all clients and maintain an organized schedule, we have established the following policies:
1. Respect
Respect for Staff
Verbal or physical abuse towards our staff members will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who display disrespectful behavior towards our technicians.
Communication
If you encounter any issues or concerns during your visit, please feel free to contact our manager. We are always eager to assist you and ensure your satisfaction.
2. Refund
No Refund
We DO NOT offer refunds for our services.
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you experience any issues with your nails within 7–10 days after the service, we will take full responsibility for fixing or redoing them at no additional charge.
After the guarantee period, any alterations or changes to your nails will be subject to our standard pricing.
3. Late
15-Minute Grace Period:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We accept clients who arrive up to 15 minutes late with prior notification.
Late Beyond 15 Minutes
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment without prior communication, it will be considered a no-show or cancellation.
4. No Show/Cancel Appointment.
Cancellation Timeframe
We accept appointment cancellations up to 3 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Three Strikes Policy
Clients are allowed up to three cancellations or no-show incidents. After three instances, a $20 deposit will be required for future appointments.
5. Special Requests Policy:
Complex Designs
If you have specific design requests, please book the appropriate additional service accordingly.
Ingrown Nails
For the safety and well-being of our clients, we do not perform ingrown nail procedures. We recommend consulting a healthcare professional or podiatrist for ingrown nail treatment.
